My name is Rod Wisdom Jr. I graduated from Georgia State University in ‘17 with an Exercise Science Degree. I’ve currently been working in the fitness industry for about a year as both a spin and boxing instructor. I’ve always had the passion for helping people, in any way possible. Being able to drive people to push themselves past their limits has been one of the most rewarding parts of being in this industry! 

To truly be Built Off Wisdom, you must be in tuned with strengthening your mental, physical, as well as spiritual side. So many times in life, people fail and never recover. Not realizing that life is all about the journey. We all will fail at something, but it’s how you handle that failure that shapes you into the person that you ultimately become. Ask yourself how do you want to live your life? What do you truly want out of life? How would you like to be remembered?  Now, ask yourself are you doing what it takes to get there?
